Greenwood Village is bordered by Belleview Avenue to the North, Orchard Road to the South, Dayton Street to the East, and Clarkson Street to the West.

 

Greenwood Village is located just south of the Cherry Creek neighborhood and west of Cherry Creek State Park. It was named for the Greenwood Ranch and was developed during the 1860’s when settlers came from the east and Midwest looking for gold.  What was once primarily a rural, farming community has developed into a dynamic blend of urban and residential areas.

Today, Greenwood Village offers some of the most diverse housing opportunities in metro Denver, from condominiums to magnificent luxury estates in gated enclaves showcasing outstanding amenities.

The Greenwood Village culture is dominated by people living affluent and progressive lifestyles.
